The ranch is only 1-¼ miles west of I-35; close to Turner Falls Park, Lake of the Arbuckles and Chickasaw National Recreation Area in the Davis and Sulphur, Oklahoma area. Lake Murray State Park is just 25-30 minutes south over the Arbuckle Mountains to Ardmore, Oklahoma.

Rooms
There are three rooms upstairs and one suite downstairs within the main house that can be rented. Each offers something different and allows the experience of a more traditional “Bed and Breakfast“.
Balcony Suite
The European decor of this room is sure to relax your mind as well as your body. Although within the main house, this suite has a private balcony access and close parking. This room features a king-sized bed, private bath with jetted tub, fireplace, coffee maker, separate sitting room, cable television with DVD player, high speed internet access, robes, refrigerator and stereo with CD player.
Upstairs Retreat
Rich gold and brown tones with palm trees and light floral accents make this room a cozy haven. There is a queen-sized bed, private bath, vanity counter, fireplace, coffee maker, robes, stereo with CD player, high speed internet access and cable television with DVD player.
Attic Room
This quaint and cozy room has a queen-sized bed, cable TV and DVD player and a rocker perfect for reading. It does include its own private bath/shower just outside the door in the hall. This room is also a perfect add-on for children or others traveling with you. And of course a full breakfast is included with all rooms.
Executive Suite
Our newest addition resembles a European apartment with a large bedroom, bath (including a tub and a walk-in shower) and a large separate living room. The bedroom is elegant yet warm featuring an English cottage fireplace. There is a king sized bed, cable TV, coffee maker, library, high speed internet access and comfortable robes. The living room also features cable TV with DVD player, recliner, sofa and private entrance with a patio outside. The suite is especially nice for business travelers wanting a larger and more “homey” space and for families needing more than one bedroom.
