- Opening a B&B Checklist – Initial insights of things to explore prior to opening a bed and breakfast. Includes copy of the Quality Review Standards.
- Spend a day with an Innkeeper – Hands on experience with a “day in the life” approach with a seasoned innkeeper. All current OKBBA members should be eligible to participate. Participants are free to select any member B&B/Inn to visit.
- Opening a B&B Workshop– In depth classroom experience discussion with experienced Innkeeper. Selection of 10 topics ranging from building requirements to marketing. This session would be conducted 1-2 times per year as participation dictates.
